Master Gray Wolf

So I dropped Pokemon Fighters a while back. It was something that I was excited about bringing back into a remake, but I dropped it since I found it difficult to deal with. I wasn't sure how to go forward, my notes were a complete mess, and I gave up.

The same with Seishin, but I am trying to make progress with that series.

If its is too tough, I think it's best to put it away. Learned my lesson for trying to make sense of something I've been having trouble following in the first place.

Anyways, I thought about posting my current level of interest on my recent stories. Just my thoughts.

Mainly SolAka and "United We Soar". "Howl of the Gray Wolf" is my signature story, writing about Monster Rancher (Farm) in particular is what distinguishes me. In my opinion, without Howl, I wouldn't be MGW nor so determined about this kind of online hobby.

Howl is a simple story, sharing little aspects of both the game and TV series. Plus, I can't wait to get to the remake of Tiger of Freedom. I hope to live that long to get to that and perhaps do another story. Also, completing the remakes of Howl and Tiger is a fierce goal of mine as I really want to see them redevelop from terribly written stories.

Despite being difficult, I think SolAka oozes with positive energy and follows the image of the mecha genre enough. I think it's exciting to work on because of the characters and the machine design. It's my first time trying something with mecha so it gives me a challenge.

United We Soar is also exciting and I like the characters. It's also life-like, or at least I'm trying to give that impression. Did I do good with that? Plus, I've been wanting to form an Air Force story for a long time. If you're not into sci-fi or military drama, I think reading/designing a compelling story in those genres can be tough. I am not in the military nor have I been in there.

Regardless, I still wanted to do it. UWS may be a short series though.

I just voted today, annnd yeah. I also finished the prologue first version 1 for my historical ninja fiction few days back for FictionPress. I wanted it to be just a litttttttttle bit longer, but my main goal was to make it elusive and give the readers a little taste of who and what they will see.

As for the title, it was difficult. Matter of fact, I'm still not sure if I want this to be official.

Intrepid Heart: This Ninjutsu Chronicle

不敵精神 この忍法年代記
I am assuming that's how it's spelt.

More than anything, I wanted to put in the words seishin (精神; heart/spirit/will) and nendaki (年代記; chronology/annal). Seishin has a deep meaning and apparently important, and chronicle is what I'm attempting to make -- length, describing the shinobi and their lives.

ANYWAYS! LET'S GET TO SOME OF THE CHARACTERS! Both Iga and Kouga!

They also have statistics such as fighting ability and intelligence ranging from 1 to 5, but I will not reveal them yet :] and I'm still not sure about them.

( Who are they? Three each clan max )

More sooner or later. Not sure when I'll finish TOF 14. I'm a little stuck.

Anyways, my NARUTO rant is over. Not into that kind of thing, and shortly after that I checked on other people about what they think about NARUTO. Let's not remain in that subject any longer. Let's talk a little about this "ninja series" that I may develop.

- So, my motif is the lives of the Koga (koka), Iga, and Fuuma ninja in the Sengoku Peroid, how they lived and how they were used.

- Realism is the goal, and the logic and cunning of the shinobi with limited accessories will decide whether they survive or not against their enemies. Mythological elements will be allowed but shouldn't be commonly seen, like magic and such.

- No superhumans or scientific experiments. Firearms may be allowed.

- I MIGHT use a few Japanese terms like (dono, hahaue, genin).

- It is important to know that I must not type like the reader immediately knows what I'm talking about. I am hoping for an array of readers. Anime reader or not, don't care. Matter of fact, I think aniem readers are fed up with the FictionPress. Anyways! Readers! If they like war, they may like it; Japanese history, history or Feudalism it can be parallel to Europe Feudalism.

- Iga and Koga have some kind of rivalry; Fuuma hates Iga?

- "Pilot Chapter" (abbrv. "PLCT") may talk about revenge and a monster. Will introduce one family of the Iga, Tsukimori. One member is named Tsukimori Shoutarou (月森 勝茶郎)

Just throwing some ideas out there.

I'm going to admit this, and I'm sure most of you know this, my MR fics stink.

This is all too obvious, from my portrayal in expository writing to my characters. The characters, and the story based off on the TV series, are not that original. Being young, I was foolish and put little thought into these stories.

However, the quality of the chapters slightly develop in style during Tiger of Freedom and that makes me happy. I do like some of the chapters in TOF, especially if they are Tiger-centric or Basilisk-centric. Also, through the many years I've been working on this series, I've lost a lot of details on the story and need to make up new things, thereby recreating everything in order to progress.

Computers just don't live long, I think I've been through four computers already. Maybe I don't have much commitment to my first works.

I'll re-read HoGW and TOF, and think over it. The way I see it, I may start HoGW all over again (a special revised edition) and work my way back up to TOF13 or less. I wonder how long that'd take? Heh...

Also, maybe I need to work on short chapters, let's say maybe 5 pages at least.
