Hello everyone!

This is a little blog entry about my current activity. I am sorry for not updating, as I have a lot to do for both fanfiction and original stories.

Just to let you know that I am not giving up on them. Never ever. I have so much that I want to do and finish. I want to see SolAka stretch into even outer space; there is an airforce short story, Saint Seiya series, a mafia series, my Monster Rancher remakes (TEN years already!), my NARUTO remake, another Fanfic trilogy, and a plethora of ninja stories.

It's just that I wish to devote more time onto something important. Both writing and art are parallel, and both steadying my hands and diagram study has to do with what I'm shooting for.

I may be barking up the wrong tree, as I done many times and end up getting embarrassed and insulted about only because I follow what I believed were good ideas, but I am trying to return to school to make up for my past negligence. But lack of funds, work, and the load of this piece of shit called babysitting has been making me upset. I tried to balance writing and "training", since I did manage to do one chapter of Calm before Sword sequel, but I'm focusing on one thing only on a day. Writing still requires forme to do a lot of research and planning, and when I do a chapter, it extends beyond expectations. For example, I try to go for 500 or 600 words, and then it ends up being over 800 or 1000 words (but that usually means I'm having fun). When it does, it takes more time; then there's the proofreading.

With work and watching over someone, I couldn't help but think about making money from home. It just popped into my head as I felt desperate.

If I could make money from home, especially from writing, I think that would be fantastic. But I can't. Because I am ignorant. You make money for blogging about knowledge. I can't blog about parenting, about architectural services, how to fix your house or your car, American history, translating into English, etc. Further desperate, I wanted to create a wider fanbase by uploading my stories elsewhere such as AsianFics and FictionPad. Therefore, I could find connections. Stupid or not, again, barking up the tree, I stikk went along with it.

There is nothing that I have for myself. So because I am not of high scholarship or magna cum laude, I have to work extra hard to get awarded or a better living. Background story is too long so I'm leaving it out.

I am so determined now because I made the choice for myself and looked back, wanting to stomp on mistakes and see if I was doing the right thing this time. I am an ambitious type when I want to, maybe that's why I produce so many writing plans. I really want to show you my [story] ideas.

Just like I want show myself and others that there's always a bright future.

As for my below ramble, I think I figured out what to do. New chapter for Red Fangs of FUUMA (Seishin series). Enjoy.

Seishin was created to show the Japanese heart, especially for shinobi, to a Western audience.

About Red Fangs of Fuuma:

As expected, I made a historical error, and I do this too often because I keep seeking reasons, even if they lack of a moral compass, for how characters act, and to place that in the narrative. Just to be loyal to an old culture. And things such as revenge killings, killing your retainers or anyone outside of samurai class based on a presumption or to maintain ties was quite a common thing. Of course, for stories from centuries ago, we can nod our heads with approval towards an alternative of how an event went. But I'm not always good at that.

First Norimitsu's surname was wrong, a hint that I didn't read into this enough, and was Oshika rather than Omori. Turns out Norimitsu was chosen by Hojo Soun (Moritoki Ise in the past), who'd rule Sagami and Odawara Castle later, to become a regent for Ujitaka. If others had an issue with this choice, I am not 100% certain. It seems so. Moritoki only killed Norimitsu because when Ujitaka finally became of age, Norimitsu wouldn't give up regency. This is the common story.

Might need to modify Red Fangs just to ease my concerns or just remove the story entirely. After making myself aware of the above, letting Hattori's ancestor show distrust towards Mr. Ise/Hojo may intensify the idea of a civil war. I think there were those who questioned the background of Ise but that's something I have to look into.

What's more silly is that a lot of this is very unnecessary to the Red Fangs story, a battle story, and only distinguishes alliances of the characters, but I wanted the story to be something that triggers a rivalry that probably last for over 100 years.

OTHER NEWS:

This was not a good year for me. I am still very slow. I am mostly a workaholic and I'm babysitting; the details behind the latter is very frustrating.

I had a very rare break for the Christmas holiday. For a few days I didn't have my niece and I was exhausted so I hardly did anything, but now she's back. I'm at a wall with Red Fangs, and I was mostly working on my fanfiction. As 2015 comes close, I'm nearly considering on removing Stalwart Silver. I received good comments about how well-written it is, but for some reason, I am lacking drive for it. I don't think it'll look good in the end. I don't like giving up, no matter the result, but it seems like a terrible story. I'll work on the next chapter and decide on that. If I don't enjoy it then, I'll let SS go.

Not sure why United We Soar (UWS) is stuck where it is. I guess it really is a time problem. The next chapter is short so I'll look at it later tomorrow.

The other Seishin stories should be OK, facts wise.

One month later since last update. There is no difference. I don't know what to do. I'm surprised that I was able to blog a few times. I am exhausted from watching my niece. Occasionally, I get a chance to use the PC, but I am so often distracted. Like I said before, the chapters may end up considerably shorter. Either that OR I don 't update for months, waiting in hopes for...a change in this. I don't know. It's upsetting. If I make short chapters, they may not have any meaningful material.

Here's info on what's next:

United We Soar needs to be updated. It's getting into the war, but I somehow thought of a chapter about Aiden speaking to his girlfriend on the phone. I can't seem to figure out how to reach an end, and I still worry about the technology of the new aircraft.

Stalwart Silver obviously. I feel stuck. Or rather, it feels like a very weak story. Sure, people like the detail and think it is well written, but I am not protraying it right. It is a romance between a mortal girl and a divine warrior that looks like a boy. So it creates awkwardness. It was the intention. Also, it is very simple, easy to follow. The twists aren't the best.

A new story is coming called Avarizia di Dittatori (Dictator's Avarice). It is a considerably serious story; it might be too early for me to do -; Here's a small teaser: After going to jail for assault against gang members, a teen named Emi becomes a hostage within the clutches of the Demon Queen of Sicily. The chapters start short, different events. I really want to upload a hook. Did you know it was going to be a homosexual story? Ultimately, it didn't turn out that way, and I just let the BL/shudo homo relationship end up in Seishin. It's still going to be a problem due to sexual content, especially when not consensual. Not only that, there's the acceptance of discrimination.

I have a few new Seishin stories up. People seem interested in "Red Fangs of Fuuma". It has Kotaro Fuuma in it, who is a little creepy in this series. Sorry if the stories have errors. I typed them up in haste.

I know what to do with SolAka's next chapter. I just need the time. Considering my situation, I might need to split it. This is going to happen alot, isn't it...we're going to have a dogfight: The Seki from space have entered Earth's atmosphere and seek out the Taiyoko's location, but not without a problem. Also, Mogera is going to be the next monster.

This is just an activity update.

I am so tired; my time is lacking, or rather, I have little will to write. I'm still mostly occupied, even though babysitting has decreased a little. Even when I get home, I am too unskilled to write enough wordo satisfy me. Even one-hundred words for a draft can be difficult. Frankly, I want to go faster. I want to see SolAka progress and more Seishin stories, the latter that will hopefully express all the research that I've done.

Maybe I am too hard myself.

SolAka finally made it! I cut some stuff out but it wasn't much, and will end up in the next chapter. Might be a really short one. Also, ships (usually) and mecha are in italics.

RECENT UPDATE(S): April 10, 2014

SolAka is updated again! This time, with a short chapter finishing up the previous chapter. Like I said in the last update, I had cut it short. If you want, you can give me requests for "Heroic Blaze Data" entries. SolAka is also on AO3.

Also, some small updates on the previous chapter: Yuchi is no longer italicized. It's like giving the creature a "first name", but neither both name or a species (unless it's related to an non-English etymology. An animal's taxonomy for example) would be in italics. It's a difficult call. The name's not complicated; however, it does mean "winged snake", so I could say "The Yuchi".

Rekka Makko Giri means "fiery front murder". Makko also describes a sword strike; giri/kiri can mean "to chop" but often related to killing someone.

Again, SolAka turned five years old this year! お誕生日おめでとうソルアカちゃん！

I am not finished with the Autumn Grove review/proofread just yet. It should be done in the evening. Against my expectations, it's well over 3000 words.

How aggravating.

As for the next Seishin Story, I have no idea just yet. I am so discouraged, that it takes me months and sometimes a year to finish even a single chapter.

For goodness sake.

I had a few days off, and my PC was occupied by another person for two of the days. Once again, I have nothing to upload. I dislike getting my focus broken and getting nothing done. The one story that I have progressed the most on is Autumn Grove. It is looking good. The fight and the ending is a little difficult.

SolAka is at a standstill. It's under 300 words. Nothing much.

Nothing on United We Soar or Stalwart.
