Just a quick update on what's going on with me.
I have been working on the next chapters of both Howl of Gray Wolf and United We Soar. I am enjoying it, I know where I want to go with them, but I feel that I am struggling a lot. Again, suffering from a lack of confidence.
Also, thanks to the virus I realized that I lost some info about the Hu-Mon members (for HoGW). It is minor, but still annoying.
About a couple a weeks ago, while bored, I typed up a very short prose on Notepad to help develop a lead-in for the Tenshō Iga no Ran stories (for Seishin). As the Tensho is a serious event, it'll be a long time before I work on them. I don't think I'll attempt this story until I create maybe at least 30 Seishin stories.
Here it is. Pardon typo/grammar error. Looks like I was just putting down thoughts.
Starting here: [ This is a short short prose fiction which may develop into ideas for the Iga Tensho Ran chapters in the future ]
The year is 1581. Sensing that he was close to being the ruling Warlord of Japan, fourty-seven year old Oda revived a dread inside of him. The others wars had delayed him, but he now could collect his forces. Takeda Katsuyori of Kai Province could wait.
These guys masked [in secret?] (or shrouded in mystery) aimed for his life, literally by Sniper Brother Sugitani Zenjubo. Sugitani attacked primarily for the major defeat on the Rokkaku. Oda's mind was probably broken for the various life attempts on him. Attacked from afar, from a coward that was a low-life countryman, it was personal.
The root lie in Iga, he knew that. However, the Iga were tools often used by his ally Tokugawa Ieyasu. Tokugawa Ieyasu (38 yrs old) and Oda were politically connected as it was the best action towards the unification of the nation. Would it break his alliance?
But he had to defend his honor thanks to his foolish son, who was defeated by low-class independent fighters.
Oda knew of the Iga through his own men side-by-side with Ieyasu's. Shimoyama's transgression (or betrayal)... was it worth destroying the others?
or did Shimoyama wanted Iga to be attacked? Was Ieyasu afraid of him too?
Nobunaga was a Demon General because of his steadfast acting power in operations, and how merciless he was to those who interfered with them, even his own allies. An example was made out of Commander Sakuma Nobumori, whose lack of honor to Oda forced him into exile.
