Election Day

HoGW New chapter has been uploaded days back. Now that Howl and PokeFighters have received new chapters, it is time to work on the difficult SOLAKA after a long time. I have outlines for the next two chapters but I don't they are good enough and could use some revising.

Also, some mecha techs needed for the next chapter aren't complete, so I need the basics. I'll work on all of this today.
