HoGW Revision ~ Beginning Steps

It's been two Dog-Damn years! I am finishing Chapter 13 of "Tiger of Freedom", right now and I guarantee that I'll be uploaded tonight. However, it'll be shorter than what I originally had planned before, as will the rest of the chapters. Not only is it ridiculous for me to take a very very long time to finish a single chapter, I have to make new material for the upcoming chapters because of what happened to my jumpdrive. Now is a good time to innovate.

You'll notice reading through TOF that is a change in writing style because between some chapters there is a wide interval, of literally a year or slightly more. Making the chapters smaller will result in making the entire series longer; I first thought of having TOF end around 30 - 40 chapter range..

However, between each chapter, I will have time to think on what will happen next without going so ahead, while hopefully maintaining a lasting hook of each chapter. I think it is in my best interest to do so.

Furthermore, while working on Chapter 13, I came up with some small ideas for the "Howl of Gray Wolf" Revision! The only problem is that there isn't much to show because I've been too focused on chapter 13.

What I've made so far has to do with the Devious Dragon 4 (DD4) group and the sequent baddie group in TOF, and I do not consider this a spoiler because their names and monster type were introduced in the first chapter.

1.) A Name Change. Because while I was developing HoGW, I had a high focus on the anime (this is why Moo is the main villain); even the "monster generals" or the Big Bad Four idea derived from it too. DD4 is too much like BB4 with two insignificant exceptions -- they all are from the same main race, the dragon; also, not one of them are associated with the protagonists in any way that appears in TOF.

I only came up with one idea, Japanese name:

四邪竜 | | Shi Ja Ryou (しじゃりょう).

It's litterally Four Vicious?Wicked Dragons, which should be okay and it doesn't deviate from DD4 that much if readers are too adapted to the name. for the ToF baddies, I came up with a Greek name but I don't think I want to keep it.

2.) Giving the four dragons some character and also lasting battles against the protagonists. If we want to go into technical monster grade terms, here are the dragons ranked in power, from strongest to weakest: Syler (Death Dragon, Dragon/Joker), Techno Dragon (Dragon/Henger), Ragnarok (Dragon/Monol), Jespah (Standard Dragon). I'm putting Ragna above Jespal because of the Monol sub-type which offers a monster some high defense and adequate intelligence; there's also the idea I have for Ragna. Because of their dangerous names, Ragnarok and Syler (DEATH DRAGON) may have criminal-like reputations before they became Moo's subordinates. Techno and Jespah may just remain as poor souls who are more mind-controlled than the other two, but Syler and Ragna are probably more respected by Moo because of their nature to wreck havoc and serve him by their own will. These dragons have very little to no character

Two small notes:
- I appparently misspelled Ragnarok's name wrong; he should have a "s" at the end of his name? A plural-like name?

- I created Syler LOOOOOOOONG before the TV series "Heroes". So having a bad guy named Sylar on the show is just a coincidence. There's just one letter difference; I do wonder where I got the name from and is there a meaning behind it.

3.) DD4 Order. (Highlight for Spoilers)The order in which the Moo Rebels meet and defeat the Dragons are the following:
- Jespah
- Ragnorok
- Syler
- Techno Dragon

I'd like to change it so that maybe the group will meet each dragon more than once or twice, or just make it like this:
- Jespah
- Techno Dragon
- Ragnarok
- Syler

Jespah might give the Rebels the revelation that Moo can control minds and may end up helping them a little bit before dying. Either Ragna or Syler will gives us the dark tone of that there are monsters willing to serve Moo in order to rule with power and kill the innocent.

Techno is a machine, and I think should act like one, having very little to no conscious and only works on Moo's orders.
